Dr. Fred Diodati (BSc, DDS) 

Owner and Principle Dentist at Grange Dental Health Care, member of the Ontario Dental Association and Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, received Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Toronto 1992-received Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Dentistry 1997, Past clinical instructor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry, Departments of Restorative Dentistry, Oral Diagnosis/ Treatment Planning, and Emergency Care, taken numerous post graduate courses in Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Implant Prosthetics, Restorative Dentistry, and Orthodontics. Continue to take courses on various dental topics to keep current with dental technology and procedures. At Grange Dental Health Care, our team's goal is to provide the best possible dental care for all our patients and at the same time provide excellent client service. 

Dr. Jaime S. Guerrero 

Dr. Jaime S. Guerrero is a certified dentist. Dr Guerrero grew up in Colombia and attended University of Cartagena, School of Dentistry, where he earned his dental degree (DDS) in 1993. He completed training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and received his certificate of proficiency at Pontificia Javeriana University, Schools of Medicine and Dentistry in 2000. Thereafter, Dr. Guerrero completed a one-year clinical rotation in Maxillofacial Tumor and Reconstructive Surgery under Dr. Eric Carlson at University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital in 2001.

Dr. Guerrero built a successful oral and maxillofacial surgery and dental implants practice in Bogota D.C, in addition to joining University El Bosque, University of Cartagena and University Antonio Nariño’s dental faculties as undergraduate and postgraduate lecturer and clinical professor.

Upon coming to Canada, Dr. Guerrero completed a Master's of Health Sciences (MHSc) degree in Bioethics at the renowned Joint Centre for Bioethics, University of Toronto, in 2012. Thereafter, Dr. Guerrero re-qualified his dental degree by successfully completing the NDEB’s examinations for certification as a dentist in Canada in 2014. Dr. Guerrero is member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the Ontario Dental Association, the Canadian Dental Association, the Colombian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Guerrero is licensed as a general practitioner in Ontario, which permits him to perform oral surgery procedures. His clinical practice focuses on wisdom teeth and complicated surgical extractions, dental implants surgery and bone grafting and regeneration procedures.

In addition to his practice in Ontario, Dr. Guerrero remains active as oral and maxillofacial surgeon and as academic in Colombia, and travels regularly to operate on patients with dentofacial deformities and TMJ disorders as well as to lecture on the topics of dental implants and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Paul Sungwoo Hwang 

My name is Dr. Paul Sungwoo Hwang, an associate dentist.

I received Bachelor of Science Degree, Honours Biomedical Science at the University of Waterloo, and obtained Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the Faculty of Dentistry, Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary. Following my graduation, I successfully completed the National Dental Examining Board of Canada and currently am an active member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Ontario Dental Association, and Canadian Dental Association. With my passion for dentistry, I keep up with the latest evidence-based studies and participate in continuing education courses to expand my dental training.

I am honoured to join the wonderful Dr.Diodati and his team to assist you to achieve the best oral health. My goal is to provide you a professional and pleasurable dental experience and will always provide you with different options to fit your personalized needs at our dental office. I like to listen to my patients to put the patient's needs and concerns first and will assist you with any dental-related services in a warm, caring environment. 

I am fluent in Korean and am happy to assist any patients with translation requests. 

Dr. Alexandra Rabalski 

Dr. Alexandra Rabalski was born and raised in Guelph, Ontario. She attended the University of Guelph, where she pursued an Honours degree in Biomedical Sciences, followed by a Masters degree in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences. She completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Faculty of Dentistry at McGill University. After graduation, Dr. Rabalski completed a one year General Practice Residency at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, gaining extensive experience in providing all aspects of dental care to children with a wide range of medical needs. She is very excited to be joining the practices at Woodlawn and Grange, providing patient-centred dental care in the same community she grew up in.

Dr. Rabalski is a member of the Ontario Dental Association and has additional training in nitrous oxide administration and has a special interest in pediatric dentistry.

Aside from work, Dr. Rabalski enjoys snowboarding, travelling, running and spending time with family and friends.

Dillon Guppta (Denturist)

My name is Dillon Guppta a Denturist based out of Toronto, ON and currently practice across the GTA/Southwestern Ontario. Specializing in Denturism at George Brown College, I graduated with honours in 2017. While at school I was heavily involved with the faculty, taking on roles as a peer leader, as well as holding a position on the board of directors for the Denturism program. 

Through my associations with various dental offices, and the valuable experiences learned at each one - I am able to provide my patients honest, ethical, and quality care. By staying up to date with the latest technologies and courses, the options that I am able to present to each patient is tailored specific to their unique needs. 

Whether it be a reline, repair, or a new set of teeth - I understand how challenging getting adjusted to Dentures can be. Not only is there a physical component, but a mental component that also needs to be considered as well. With the appropriate treatment planning of your case through collaborative care with our Doctors, we will make sure that your experience through the process is as simple, and comfortable as can be.
